Abstract
This study examines the impact of time management practices on project success in organizations. The research aims to investigate how effective time management contributes to improved project performance and outcomes.
A quantitative research approach was adopted, and data were collected from 100 respondents using a structured questionnaire. The study analyzed the relationship between time management practices (independent variable) and project success (dependent variable) using descriptive, correlation, and regression analyses.
The findings reveal a strong and statistically significant positive relationship between time management practices and project success. Practices such as planning, scheduling, prioritization, and time monitoring were found to enhance efficiency and support the timely completion of projects. Regression results further confirm that time management is a key predictor of project success.
The study provides practical insights for organizations aiming to improve performance through effective time management. It emphasizes the importance of structured planning and efficient use of time in achieving successful project outcomes.
