Abstract

Introduction:
Administrative communication is considered one of the fundamental elements for institutional success and goal achievement. This type of communication contributes to enhancing interaction among various managerial levels, supports decision-making processes, and guides individual behavior in the work environment. On the other hand, job performance is one of the most prominent indicators of institutional efficiency, as it reflects the employee’s commitment and competence in fulfilling their tasks. The aim of this research is to present a multivariate statistical model to analyze the dimensions of administrative communication and classify job performance by applying both factor analysis and cluster analysis to process field data. Unaizah Private College in Qassim was chosen as the field of application for the study in 2025.
